Who are we? And what is our purpose?
We, as a body of believers in Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus Christ),
endeavoring to fulfill God's commands by teaching all nations to observe all
things that He has commanded us, affirm the following goals as the purpose of
our ministry:
-
Teach men the precepts of God contained in the Bible, both
Older and Newer Covenants, from a Hebraic perspective;
-
Facilitate the spiritual growth of all believers, both Jew
and non-Jew, by making available instructional materials, including but not
limited to, printed literature, audio/visual media, and ritual articles
consistent with our statement of faith, on a local, national, and
international basis;
-
And provide for the physical needs of the world's poor and
needy.
Statement of Faith

- We
believe that the Bible, both the Old Covenant and the New Covenant, is the
inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God (1 Thes.2:13; 2 Tim.
3:16; 2 Peter 1:21).
- We
believe in ONE God, as He has revealed Himself in the Holy Scriptures (Deut.
6:4; Mark 12:29).
- We
believe that Jesus Christ (Yeshua) is the Son of God; the Messiah; the
Eternal One in whom all the fullness of deity dwells in bodily form; the
Word who became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory
of the uniquely begotten Son of God, full of grace and truth (John 1:1-14;
Col. 2:9).
- We
believe in the deity of Jesus Christ (Yeshua) and His virgin birth (Isa.
9:6; Isa 7:14; Matt. 1:18-25); in His vicarious and atoning death through
His shed blood (Isa. 53; Dan. 9:24-27; Rom. 3:21-31; Heb. 9-10); in His
bodily resurrection (Zech.12:10; Zech. 14; Matt. 28); and in His personal
return in power and glory (Dan. 7:9-14; Matt. 26:57-64; Rev. 1:1-18).
We believe that Jesus Christ (Yeshua) is the Way, the Truth, and the
Life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6;
John 6:29; 1 John 5:11).
- We
believe that man is a created being made in the image and likeness of God,
but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world for
“all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”
As it is written, “there is none righteous, no not one.”
Jesus (Yeshua), the Messiah and Son of God, was manifested to undo
the work of the devil and gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and
restore man back to God (Rom. 3:10,23; Rom. 5:14; 1 John 3:8).
Salvation is a gift of God to man, separate from works and the Torah,
and is made operative by grace and faith in Jesus (Yeshua) producing works
acceptable to God. One may not
earn, merit, or keep his eternal salvation by his own efforts.
A new creation is the work of God alone (Eph. 2:8-9; Rom. 5,6).
- We
believe that the Torah (the five books of Moses) is a comprehensive summary
of God’s foundational teachings and instructions as found in both the new
and older covenants (Ex. 19,20; Deut. 5; Jer. 31:31-34; Matt. 5:17-19; Heb.
8:10). Therefore, we encourage
all believers, both Jew and non-Jew alike, to affirm, embrace, and practice
these foundational laws and ways as clarified through the life of the
Messiah (Matt. 5:17-19; 1 Cor. 7:19; Rev. 14:12).
- The
Bible teaches that without holiness, no man can see God.
We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definite, yet
progressive, work of grace commencing at the time of regeneration and
continuing until the consummation of salvation (1 Thes. 5:23; 2 Pet. 3:18;
Heb. 12:14).
- The
baptism with the Holy Spirit and fire is a gift from God promised by Jesus
(Yeshua) to all believers and is received subsequent to the new birth (Matt.
3:11; John 14:16-17; Acts 2:38-39). We believe in the operation of and embrace all the gifts
of the Holy Spirit as enumerated in the Word of God.
- We
believe that Jewish and non-Jewish people who trust in Jesus (Yeshua) are
grafted into the olive tree of Israel, which grants them the privilege of
following the Torah (God’s teaching and instruction), having it written
upon their hearts as participants of the New Covenant.
Thus, all Israel will be saved (Jer. 31:31-34; Rom. 11:11-26).
- We
believe in the resurrection of both the wicked and the righteous.
Those who have trusted in Jesus (Yeshua) will be resurrected unto
life and those who die without having believed in Jesus (Yeshua) will be
resurrected to experience the eternal wrath of God (John 5:19-29;Rom. 1:18;
1 Cor. 15; Rev.20,21).
